Piston Oil Nozzle Cleaning and Inspection

- Clean the piston oil nozzle in cleaning solvent. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers for recommended cleaners.
- Dry the nozzle with compressed air.
- Inspect the piston oil nozzle for the following:
- For cracks or damage
- Plugged oil passages (1)
- Bent, misaligned, or cracked oil nozzle tubes (2)
- Bent or broken clip (3)
