Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the remote power steering fluid reservoir (2).
  2. Install the remote power steering fluid reservoir bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Connect the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose and clamp (1).

  6. Connect the power steering reservoir inlet hose and clamp (1).
  7. Clean all excess fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
  8. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
  9. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
