Preliminary Procedures Prior to performing any repairs set the temperature door to the full hot position. This will prevent binding of the temperature door when reassembling HVAC module. Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation . Disconnect the electrical connectors.
1	Air Distributor Case Assembly Fastener (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Air Distributor Case Assembly Procedure Lift up and tilt back air distributor case assembly, to release the case from the lower blower case assembly. Transfer all part as necessary.

Lift up and tilt back air distributor case assembly, to release the case from the lower blower case assembly.
Transfer all part as necessary.
