Air Conditioning Refrigerant Desiccant Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant from the air conditioning system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the radiator air side baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle and Deflector Replacement .
1 Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator Cover
2 Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator Retainer
3 Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator Plug
4 Air Conditioning Receiver and Dehydrator O-ring (Qty: 2)
NOTE:

Remove and discard the old O-ring and replace with a NEW O-ring. Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement .
