Installation Procedure

  1. Align the weatherstrip (1) to the door opening with the bond joint positioned at the lower center of the door opening.
  2. Install the weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange. Ensure the weatherstrip is fully seated.
  3. Install the quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse with TB5)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse with TB4)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with TB5)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with TB4)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia with TB5)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia with TB4) .
  4. Install the center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Traverse)Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement (Acadia or Enclave) .
