Warm Up TWC Removal/Installation

  1. Raise the vehicle on a lift.
  2. Remove the bolts (A, B).

  3. Remove the cowl cover and the under-cowl panel (see COWL COVER REPLACEMENT ).
  4. Remove the EGR pipe (see EGR VALVE REPLACEMENT ).
  5. Remove A/F sensor (Sensor 1) (see A/F SENSOR REPLACEMENT ).
  6. Remove the cover (A).

  7. Remove the bolts (B) and the nuts (C).
  8. Remove the WU-TWC (A)

  9. Remove the gaskets (D) from the WU-TWC.
  10. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets.
