Removal Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
.
- Remove the left tire and wheel assembly.
- Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement (Left)
or Engine Splash Shield Replacement (Right)
.
- Position a transmission jack under the transaxle.

- Remove the transaxle mount upper nuts from the transaxle bracket.
- Carefully raise the transaxle assembly.

- Remove the transaxle mount lower nuts from the frame.
- Remove the transaxle mount from the frame.
