2	Install a scan tool. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. With the scan tool, observe one of the engine oil life remaining parameters: Engine Oil Life Remaining parameter in the powertrain control module (PCM) Engine Data 2 data list - gas only. Engine Oil Life Remaining parameter in the PCM Engine Data 1 data list - 6.6L diesel only. Does the Engine Oil Life parameter display 0%?	Go to Step 3	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections
3	Replace the instrument panel cluster (IPC). Refer to Control Module References for replacement, setup, and programming. Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 4	-
4	Operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	System OK	Go to Step 2
