NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the sunshade. Refer to Sunshade Replacement . Remove the door opening upper frame garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Opening Upper Frame . Remove the front garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement . Remove the rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Corner . Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .
1	Screws, Motor/Actuator Sunroof (Qty: 3) Tip: Disconnect the plug from the motor/actuator. Tighten: 5 N.m (50 lb in)
2	Motor/Actuator, Sunroof Tip: Pull downward to disengage.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the sunshade. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
Remove the door opening upper frame garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Opening Upper Frame .
Remove the front garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement .
Remove the rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Corner .
Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .

Screws, Motor/Actuator Sunroof (Qty: 3)
Tip: Disconnect the plug from the motor/actuator.

Tighten: 5 N.m (50 lb in)

Motor/Actuator, Sunroof
Tip: Pull downward to disengage.
