Fastener Tightening Specifications:
Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure
- Remove the quarter upper trim finish panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper .
- Remove the rear compartment trim panel. Refer to Compartment Trim Panel Replacement - Rear
.
- Remove the floor trim plate. Refer to Floor Trim Plate Replacement - Rear
.

Panel Assembly, Quarter Lower Trim Finish
- Remove the cargo tie down loop anchor plates and bolts.
Tighten:
9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Remove the rear passenger seat belt guide.
- Disconnect the rear passenger seat belt so that the trim panel can be removed around the seat belt. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Rear
.
- Pull the trim panel toward the inside of the vehicle to disengage the retainers.
