Oil Cooler Installation

  1. Install NEW O-rings on the oil bypass tube.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the oil bypass tube.

    Tighten:  Tighten the tube to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).

  4. Install the oil cooler.
  5. Install the oil cooler bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil cooler bolts to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

  6. Install the oil pressure sensor.

    Tighten:  Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  7. Install the oil cooler lines.
