Front Seat Back Frame Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket . Remove the cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement . Remove the seat back cover and pad assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement . Adjust the seat back position until the notches in the seat back line up with the springs. Slide the spring onto the notches. Ensure that the springs are completely engaged into the notches. Adjust the seat back forward to allow the springs to be lifted from the impact tube.
1	Nut, Seat Back Frame (Qty: 6) Tighten: 20 N.m (14 lb ft)
2	Frame Assembly, Seat Back Tip: Separate the seat adjuster tracks.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
Remove the cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement .
Remove the seat back cover and pad assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement .
Adjust the seat back position until the notches in the seat back line up with the springs.
Slide the spring onto the notches. Ensure that the springs are completely engaged into the notches.
Adjust the seat back forward to allow the springs to be lifted from the impact tube.

Nut, Seat Back Frame (Qty: 6)

Tighten: 20 N.m (14 lb ft)
