2	Install a scan tool. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. With the scan tool, perform the Volts Gage Sweep Test. Does the volt gage move up and down when commanded?	Go to Diagnostic System Check - Engine Electrical in Engine Electrical	Go to Step 3
3	Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Replacement . Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 4	-
