Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel carrier. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CARRIER REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the air distribution duct. Refer to AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT REPLACEMENT  in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  3. Remove the screw (1) securing the air outlet assembly to the instrument panel carrier.

  4. Remove the air outlet assembly from the instrument panel carrier.
