Installation Procedure

  1. Position the hood hinge to the alignment marks on the fender.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the lower hood hinge bolts to the fender.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 28 N.m (21 lb ft).

  3. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement .
  4. Install the air inlet grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  5. Align the hood. Refer to Hood Adjustment .
