Heated Seat Always On

Schematic Reference: Heated Seats Schematics 
1 Did you review the Heated Seats Description and Operation? Go to Step 2  Go to Symptoms - Seats 
2 Operate the heated seat system.
Does the system operate normally?
Go to TESTING FOR INTERMITTENT AND POOR CONNECTIONS Go to Step 3 
3 Disconnect the heated seat switch connector.
Does the seat stop heating?
Go to Step 7  Go to Step 5 
5 Test heated seat switch signal circuit for a short to voltage. Refer to CIRCUIT TESTING and WIRING REPAIRS .
Did you find and correct the condition?
Go to Step 8  Go to Step 6 
6 Replace the seat cushion heater element assembly. Refer to Seat Cushion Heater Element Replacement - Front .
Did you complete the replacement?
Go to Step 8  -
7 Replace the heated seat switch. Refer to Heated Seat Switch Replacement - Front .
Did you complete the replacement?
Go to Step 8  -
8 Operate the system in order to verify the repair.
Did you correct the condition?
System OK Go to Step 2
