Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the floor console bezels. Refer to BEZEL REPLACEMENT - FLOOR CONSOLE (LUXURY) .
  2. Remove the console bin. Refer to CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (NON-LUXURY) or CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (LUXURY) .

  3. Remove the 4 amplifier retaining screws (1).
  4. Disconnect the amplifier wire connector from the amplifier.
  5. Remove the top bracket.
  6. Lift the amplifier from the console bracket.

  7. Remove and discard the four pushnuts (1).
