Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2002 GMC Yukon XL, 2002 GMC Yukon, 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Install 4 new pushnuts (1).
Place the amplifier on the console bracket.
Install the top bracket.
Connect the wire connector to the amplifier.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Install the 4 retaining screws.
Tighten: Tighten the 4 retaining screws to 3.4 N.m (30 lb in).
Install the console bin. Refer to CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (NON-LUXURY) or CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (LUXURY) .
Install the floor console bezels. Refer to BEZEL REPLACEMENT - FLOOR CONSOLE (LUXURY) .
