Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2002 GMC Yukon XL, 2002 GMC Yukon, 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the power outlet cover to the end panel.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the 2 retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lbs in).

  3. Install the console end panel. Refer to Center Console End Panel Replacement .
  4. Install the storage bin. Refer to Console Storage Bin Replacement (Non-Luxury)  or Console Storage Bin Replacement (Luxury)  .
  5. Install the console bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - Floor Console (Luxury) .
