Reassembly & Installation

  1. Install pump gears into pump body with marked gear teeth indexed. Reassemble remaining components in reverse order of disassembly.
  2. Install pump and extension shaft on engine, ensuring slot on top of extension shaft engages with drive tang on end of pump drive or vacuum pump. Tighten mounting bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install oil pan.
