With Park Brake Cable Bracket

  1. Install a NEW rear cover gasket onto the main housing. Align rear cover on main housing dowel pin and park pawl pin. Install rear cover module. If present, turn output tone wheel through the output speed sensor hole. Ensure output shaft turns with tone wheel.
  2. Hand install 4 rear cover bolts (2) and evenly draw down rear cover bolts until rear cover seats on main housing. See Fig 1.
  3. Install bracket onto rear cover. Install 3 bolts (1). See Fig 1. Then install remaining 9 bolts (3). Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
