Installation Procedure

  1. Install the generator control module coolant inlet hose to the vehicle.
  2. Install the generator control module coolant inlet hose (2) to the radiator.
  3. Using J 38185:  Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the generator control module coolant inlet hose clamp (1).

  4. Install the generator control module coolant inlet hose (2) to the generator control module and connect the quick connect fitting (1).
  5. Install the radiator opening upper cover. Refer to Radiator Opening Upper Cover Replacement
  6. Install the left headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement
  7. Install the drive motor power inverter module bracket. Refer to Generator Control Module Bracket Replacement
  8. Fill the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
