Preliminary Procedures Remove the drive motor battery coolant cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Cover Replacement . Drain the drive motor battery coolant cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling . Reposition drive motor battery coolant cooler as necessary to gain access for hose and clamps. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Replacement .

2	Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Manifold Procedure: Grasp the coolant manifold tubes and pull downward or pull upward to remove. Tip: Possible loss of coolant when servicing coolant manifold tubes if system is not drained completely.
