Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the drive motor battery cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the drive motor battery coolant cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Cover Replacement .
  3. Drain the drive motor battery coolant cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  4. Remove all hoses from cooler assembly and pump.
1 Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Fastener (Qty: 3)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  16 N.m (12 lb ft)
2 Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler
Procedure: 
Disconnect electrical connections
