Installation Procedure

Install the BPMV bracket.
Loosely install the BPMV bracket nut (1).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 2 BPMV bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Tighten the BPMV bracket nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Carefully position the BPMV assembly (1) to the BPMV bracket insulators.

Install the BPMV bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .
Install the underhood electrical center. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP7) or Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP5) .
