Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LY7)  or Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LCS) .
  2. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PVC) fresh air pipe (1) from the upper intake manifold.
  3. Disconnect the PVC foul air pipe from the PVC valve.
