Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: View Of HVAC Module

  1. Install evaporator case assembly to the blower case assembly.
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install evaporator case assembly screws to the blower case assembly.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  3. Install heater core to the HVAC module.

  4. Install heater core cover.
  5. Install heater core cover screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  6. Install the HVAC module. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Replacement .
