Preliminary Procedures Remove the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement . Remove the inner rear wheel opening molding nut. Release the retainers from the wheelhouse. Release the rear wheel opening molding from the rear edge of the lower rocker panel molding. Remove the rear wheel opening molding from the vehicle.
1	Rear Wheel Opening Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 4.0 N.m(35 lb in)
2	Rear Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (Qty: 8) Tip: Replace any broken retainers upon re-assembly.
