Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 4: Tests the Passenger AIR BAG ON/OFF indicator ignition 1 voltage circuit for a short to ground, high resistance, or an open.
- 5: Tests the passenger air bag OFF indicator control circuit for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open.
- 6: Tests the passenger air bag ON indicator control circuit for a short to ground, a high resistance, or an open.
- 7: Tests the PPS module for proper operation.
