Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the shift control bracket. Refer to Transmission Shift Control Bracket Replacement in Manual Transmission - Getrag 5, Transmission Shift Control Bracket Replacement in Automatic Transaxle - AF33-5.
  2. Slide the floor air duct forward on heater duct enough to clear the rear floor air duct and then up and rearward to remove.
