Second Coast, Second Clutch Hub and Second Clutch Sprag Assemble

Install the second clutch sprag end bearing (502).

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the second clutch sprag assembly (503) is facing the correct direction.

Install the second clutch sprag assembly (503).
Install the second clutch sprag end bearing (502).

IMPORTANT: Apply transmission assembly gel to the second coast clutch hub thrust washer (501) and align the tab of the washer with the hollow of the second coast clutch hub (500).

Install the second coast clutch hub thrust washer (501) onto the second coast clutch hub (500).

IMPORTANT: While turning the second coast clutch hub (500), slide it into the second clutch sprag outer race assembly (505).

Install the second coast clutch hub (500) into the second clutch sprag outer race assembly (505).

Hold the second clutch sprag outer race assembly, and inspect that the second coast clutch hub turns freely clockwise (2) and locks counterclockwise (1).

Align the tab of the second clutch sprag outer race thrust washer (506) with the hollow of the second clutch sprag outer race assembly (505).
