Installation Procedure

Apply automatic transaxle fluid to the new output speed sensor O-ring (63).
Install the new output speed sensor O-ring (63) onto the output speed sensor (62).
Install the output speed sensor (62) into the transmission case assembly.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the output speed sensor bolt (61).
Tighten: Tighten the output speed sensor bolt to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
Connect the wiring harness to the output shaft speed sensor.

Install the battery tray bracket.
Tighten: Tighten the battery tray bracket screws to 16 N.m (12 lb-ft)
Install the battery cooling box.
