Installation Procedure

Connect the heater outlet hose to the heater core.
Important: Reposition heater core hose clamps in the indicated location.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater core hose outlet clamp.

Connect the heater outlet hose (2) to the outlet pipe.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the heater hose outlet clamp.
Refill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
