Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the heater inlet hose to the heater core.

    Important:  Reposition heater core hose clamps in the indicated location.

  2. Use J 38185  in order to reposition the heater core hose inlet clamp.

  3. Connect the heater inlet hose (3) to the inlet pipe.
  4. Use J 38185  in order to reposition the heater hose clamp.
  5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
