Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

With the throttle closed, install TP sensor onto throttle shaft. Rotate TP sensor in order to align mounting holes. Install and tighten TP sensor mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect TP sensor harness connector.

With the throttle closed, install TP sensor and "O" ring seal onto throttle shaft. Rotate TP sensor in order to align mounting holes. Install and tighten TP sensor mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
