Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System .
  2. Remove the passenger front seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - BUCKET .
  3. Remove the passenger seat adjuster track cover (1). Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - FRONT .

  4. Remove the nut (1) from the passenger seat belt pretensioner.

  5. Remove the passenger seat belt pretensioner wiring harness (2) through the passenger seat bottom frame.
  6. Remove the passenger seat belt pretensioner (1) from the passenger seat bottom frame.
