Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System .
  2. Remove the driver seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - BUCKET .
  3. Remove the driver seat adjuster track cover (1). Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - FRONT .

  4. Remove the nut (1) from the driver seat belt pretensioner.

  5. Remove the driver seat belt pretensioner wiring harness (1) through the driver seat bottom frame.
  6. Remove the driver seat belt pretensioner (2) from the driver seat bottom frame.
