Installation Procedure

  1. Install the driver seat belt pretensioner (2) to the driver seat bottom frame.
  2. Install the driver seat belt pretensioner wiring harness (1) through the driver seat bottom frame.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the nut (1) to the driver seat belt pretensioner.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the driver seat belt pretensioner nut to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

  4. Install the driver seat adjuster track cover (1). Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
  5. Install the driver seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - BUCKET .
  6. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System .
