Cylinder Head: Installation

  1. Clean cylinder block holes. Install new head gasket, make sure THIS SIDE UP marking faces up.
  2. Install cylinder head. Install NEW head bolts and tighten in sequence to specification. See Figure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure.
