Transaxle Mount Bracket: Installation

  1. Position the transaxle bracket-to-transaxle.
  2. Hand start the transaxle mount bracket-to-transaxle bolts. See Figure .
  3. Install the transaxle bracket bolts. Start with the forward lower bolt and work clockwise to tighten the bolts. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Remove the support from the transaxle.
  5. Install the transaxle bracket-to-transaxle mount upper nuts. See Figure . Tighten nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  6. Install the left engine splash shield.
  7. Install the left front tire and wheel. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
