Engine Mount (Right Side): Installation

  1. Install the right engine mount to the engine mount bracket. See Figure .
  2. Install the right upper engine mount nuts. Tighten nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Install the right engine mount bracket assembly. See Figure .
  4. Install the right engine mount bracket bolts. Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  5. Install the power steering cooler pipe bracket.
  6. Install the power steering cooler pipe-to-pipe bracket.
  7. Lower the engine using the engine support fixture.
  8. Install the right front tire and wheel.
  9. Install the left lower engine mount nuts. Tighten nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  10. Install the right lower engine mount nuts. Tighten nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  11. Lower the vehicle.
  12. Remove the engine support fixture.
  13. Install the engine mount strut with the engine mount strut bracket at the upper radiator support.
  14. Connect the battery ground cable. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
