Removal Procedure

  1. Release the tension from the park brake cable system. Refer to Disabling the Park Brake Cable Automatic Adjuster .
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  3. Release the left rear cable end (4) from the cable equalizer (1).
  4. Release the front cable (3) conduit end fitting from the cable equalizer (1)
