Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the heat stakes and the screws from the upper case assembly.

  3. Remove the upper case assembly.
  4. Disconnect the air temperature cable from the temperature door.

  5. Remove the air temperature door from the HVAC module assembly. Complete the following steps:
    1. 5.1. Slide the door to the right.
    2. 5.2. Pull down on the door in order to remove the link end of the door.
