Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the floor outlet ducts to the heater outlet cover. See Figure.
  2. Install the floor outlet ducts over the stud and slide them into position.
  3. Position the carpet back into place.
  4. Install the closeout cover to the air outlet.
  5. Install the closeout cover bolts to the air outlet.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 2.3 N.m (20 lb in).

  6. Install the console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FLOOR in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
