Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the right side window defogger adapter. See Figure.
  2. Install the right side defroster duct to the I/P carrier.

    Route the duct through the I/P carrier hole.

  3. Push the defroster duct to the clip and seat.
  4. Connect the defroster duct to the HVAC module assembly.
  5. Connect the defroster duct to the right side window defogger adapter.
  6. Install the I/P trim pad. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) (CHEVROLET) or TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) (PONTIAC) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
