Code Enable Criteria

Following criteria must be met to enable DTC:

• Ignition voltage is between 6.0 volts and 18.0 volts, engine speed is more than 400 RPM.
• PCM detects that voltage of vehicle speed signal circuit is out of normal operating range. This condition must be present for a minimum of 5 seconds
