Digital Display Scrambled Or No Data

  1. Turn ignition on, with engine off. Using Tech 1 Scan Tester (94-00101-A), check for CCM malfunction Codes 26, 27 and 31-37 in memory. See DIAGNOSTICS - CCM ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTICS  .
  2. If any codes are set, see appropriate test under DIAGNOSTICS - CCM ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTICS  . If no codes are set, check for open in Black wire between instrument cluster connector and ground. If Black wire is okay, replace instrument cluster.
