Stabilizer Bar: Installation

- Apply rubber grease to stabilizer bar bushing locations. Position bar-to-frame bushings with slit toward front of vehicle.
- Place stabilizer bar in position on frame and install frame brackets over bushings. Ensure brackets are positioned properly over bushings.
- Install bolts and nuts finger tight. Install pivot bolts and washers through stabilizer bar bushings and into lower spring anchor plates. See Fig 1 . Tighten all nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS at end of article. Lower vehicle.
