Stabilizer Bar: Installation

  1. Install new insulator bushings on stabilizer bar (with split toward front) and brackets onto bushings. Position bar and partially start lower control arm bracket mounting bolts.
  2. Install frame bracket mounting bolts and tighten to specification. Tighten remaining mounting bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of this article. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Reset riding height. See Figure and Figure .
