Installation Procedure

    Front Compartment Front Panel (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install and tighten the 3 left side upper front compartment front bolts (1). 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install and tighten the 5 left side lower front compartment front bolts (1). 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install and tighten the right 3 side upper front compartment front bolts (1). 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install and tighten the 5 right side lower front compartment front bolts (1). 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  6. Position the wiring harness.
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement

    Engine Control Module Bracket (1) - Install - Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement

    Hood Primary Latch Release Cable (1) - Install - Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Replacement

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle Replacement (LGY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side

    Front Fender Front Brace (3) - Install - Front Fender Front Brace Replacement 

  15. Intake Air Duct - Install - Intake Air Duct Replacement
  16. Install both front headlamps. Front Headlamp Replacement (With T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Without T87)

    Install the front end sheet metal cross brace at the plenum. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Impact Bar Bracket) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum)

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (3) - Install - Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (LGY)

    Charge Air Cooler- Left Side (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LGY)
